My background includes over 20 years of buying, selling and managing real estate, a SUNY Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Financial Planning and an extensive construction background including residential, commercial and new build. Since the mid-1980s, I have owned and managed multi and single-family homes throughout Western New York. I have also purchased and rehabilitated single family and waterfront homes in Central Florida, working with my brother Paul Carter, who is a licensed RE/MAX Agent in Orlando, Florida.

Personal Biography
I am one of 10 kids; I have many great memories of growing up in our 5 bedroom house. I am blessed with a wonderful wife and four children. We recently built a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a 1.3 acre lot, we love it.
Hobbies
Boating/sailing, youth sports, ice hockey, softball, motorcycles, classic cars, working on boats, motorcycles, mopeds, mini-bikes and landscaping my home.
